House boats have always been a popular holiday option for people who want to get away and spend a few days serenely floating on the water – and this amazing new vessel could just be the best yet.
The boat is yet to even be built, but it hasn’t stopped people from around the world lining up to get their name on the list for the finished product.
The sleek design isn’t your usual bulky house boat style either. It’s more like a mini super yacht, with lots of space and even a mini garden on the front deck.
The outside of the boat is covered with solar panels, which power everything on board and deliver plenty of hot water.
The spacious interior has floor to ceiling windows, a balcony off the bedroom, and a comfy lounge area.
In a bid to cut down on its environmental footprint, the boat is also fitted out with new technology to reduce its energy and pollution output.
To top it off, it also has an extendable cover to protect from the rain and a retractable sun deck with lounges.
The boat was designed by Maxim Zhivov, from Russia, who says it can be used as a holiday home or as a permanent residence for those really wanting to kick back and take a break from city living.
