Quick and simple ham and cheese quiches

These bite-sized delights are perfect in every way! From the deliciously light and fluffy texture to the super-easy method, once you try these treats you won’t know why it took you so long to give them a go.

In under 20 minutes and with just a handful of ingredients, you can whip these up in bulk and have them ready to go for pre-made lunches or to impress family and friends at get-togethers. No matter what the occasion, these tasty quiches will instantly become everyone’s new favourite savoury snack!


  • 150g (1 cup) plain flour or 155g (1 cup) spelt flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) thickened cream
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) milk
  • 1 cup chopped ham
  • 80g (1 cup) grated pizza cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives, plus extra, to serve
  • Fresh basil leaves, to serve


  1. Preheat your oven to 200C. Lightly grease two, 12-hole patty pans with cooking oil spray. Use balloon whisk to whisk flour, eggs, cream and milk in bowl. Season. Stir in the ham, cheese and chives. Spoon mixture into the prepared holes.
  2. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve topped with basil and extra chives.
