She’s done it again! Elegant Camilla recycles timeless polka-dot frock

The Duchess of Cornwall rarely puts a foot wrong when it comes to selecting elegant and stylish outfits for her many royal engagements, and her latest frock was no different.

Camilla stepped out in a fun polka-dot dress as she visited the UK town of Salisbury with her husband the Prince of Wales on Friday.

It isn’t the first time Camilla has worn the flattering navy blue dress for an official event, but the thrifty Duchess proved she knows what looks good when she opted to recycle the outfit for the day out with Prince Charles, 70.

Camilla looked effortlessly chic as she made the most of the British summertime in the dotty-print dress, which stopped just below the knee. She completed her look with a sensible pair of nude court shoes, with an eye-catching black toe design, and her favourite double-stranded pearl necklace, which she is rarely seen without.

The 70-year-old Duchess beamed at crowds of well wishers, who had lined the streets in the hope of greeting the heir to the throne and his wife, as they met with local soldiers, school children and business owners during the visit.

The royal couple were also shown the recovery programme, which was set up after former Russian spy Sergei Skripal, 66, and his 33-year-old daughter Yulia were found ill on bench in the centre of the city, believed to have been poisoned, in March this year.

Camilla previously wore the dress for the annual Women of the Year Lunch in October last year, proving it is one of her go-to favourite outfits for special occasions.

The Duchess has made headlines recently after stepping out in a number of recycled outfits, seemingly taking the lead from her daughter-in-law the Duchess of Cambridge who famously loves to return to old outfits.

Appearing at Royal Ascot earlier this week, Camilla made a bold statement in a beautiful green coat, which she’d worn previously for husband Prince Charles’ 70th birthday celebrations just last month.
