She may be 72, but Priscilla Presley isn’t showing many signs of ageing yet.
Elvis Presley’s former wife has been in Australia as part of the country’s Melbourne Cup events and she’s been stealing the spotlight at every turn.
She was arguably one of the biggest names to attend yesterday’s Oaks Day at Flemington Racecourse and certainly dressed the part.
Despite there being a number of younger starlets at the event, the Love is Forever star had all eyes on her with her outstanding outfit choice.
The former actress opted for a stunning skin-tight white dress for her outing at the racecourse.
The slimming number showed off all of Presley’s curves and proved that women can still have fun with fashion in their later years.
Always one to make her look unique, the mother-of-two decided to wear an intricate mesh top over her dress.
It showed off plenty of skin, but in a really classy way.
Because she was at the races, Presley wore a gorgeous maroon fascinator that matched her elegant heels.
She topped off the look with a simple necklace, earrings and makeup.
If you’re wondering why the Dallas star was at a horse racing event in the first place, it turns out that horses have been a huge part of her life.
Speaking to the Herald Sun, she explained: “I have quite a history with horses. I’ve been riding since I was a kid.
“I’d ride every day around the grounds at Graceland. It’s quite the deal, ladies’ day.”
She also admitted that she was a huge fan of the fashion, saying: “It’s a wonderful idea having women dress up.
“We’re not so hat-savvy in the States, but it’s nice to see all the ladies dress up.”
Presley is currently touring Australia with an intimate tour with fans where she is said to be revealing details of her relationship with Elvis.
