Princess Eugenie delivers adorable pregnancy announcement
Princess Eugenie has shared an adorable photo on social media to announce to the world that she’s pregnant.
In the announcement shared to Instagram, the 32-year-old is seen looking down with elation, as her firstborn son, August, 2, kisses her growing belly.

“We’re so excited to share that there will be a new addition to our family this summer,” the Princess wrote.
An official announcement was also made by Buckingham Palace: “Princess Eugenie and Mr Jack Brooksbank are pleased to announce they are expecting their second child this summer.”
“The family are delighted and August is very much looking forward to being a big brother,” the Palace said.
The Princess’ mother, Sarah Ferguson, kicked off the congratulations for the growing family, saying she was in “Granny Heaven”.
“That is great news. Congratulations to you both and to young August on becoming a big brother,” a royal fan commented.
“Oh my goodness!! Such lovely news. Congratulations to you all,” said another.
“What wonderful news!! And as for this pic…. It’s everything.”
The announcement comes within a year of young August making his official royal debut at the late Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations in June 2022.
Dressed in a blue sweater emblazoned with the Union Jack, August appeared alongside his parents in the royal box during Sunday’s Platinum Jubilee Pageant.
In several shots from the event, August is spotted taking in all the sights and sounds of the festivities which included performances from musicians such as Ed Sheeran, acrobatic displays and carnival floats.
Princess Eugenie shared some of her own photos and videos from the day on social media, which included young August standing on his dad’s lap as he waved and pointed toward the crowd.

“The Platinum Jubilee Pageant was just incredible. To all the people that took part, organised it, made it flawless for us all watching, THANK YOU. You made us all so proud,” Eugenie captioned the post.
It was the first time the adorable royal has been spotted in public and although Eugenie has shared several images of the youngster on social media she has been careful to obscure his face.

It is likely the new baby will be delivered by caesarean section, similar to how August was birthed, due to the Princess’ scoliosis operation that she’d received when she was young.
