It’s no secret that Michael Bublé and his wife Luisana Lopilato are preparing to become parents again, but the singer has now confirmed that he and his wife are anticipating the arrival of their first daughter in just under a month’s time.

The 42-year-old Canadian crooner revealed the exciting news during a radio interview while on tour in Ireland, confirming that his sons Noah, four, and Elias, two, are getting ready to welcome a little sister into the family.

Michael excitedly told Irish radio station Today FM: “I’ve got my first little girl coming in three weeks, and I’ve actually never said that before in public. I’ve got a daughter coming.”

It was revealed that the couple, who tied the knot in Lopilato’s native Argentina in 2011, announced they were expecting their third child together back in February after Luisana’s actor brother Dario seemingly let the cat out of the bag.

However things haven’t been easy for the family in recent years as they were left devastated when their eldest son was diagnosed with a rare form of liver cancer back in 2016, forcing Michael to step down from his career and hectic touring schedule to care for his sick little boy.

A few months after revealing the sad news, the Grammy Award winner released a statement suggesting Noah was doing well: “We are so grateful to report that our son Noah has been progressing well during his treatment and the doctors are very optimistic about the future for our little boy,” he told Us Weekly.

“He has been brave throughout and we continue to be inspired by his courage. We thank God for the strength he has given all of us. Our gratitude to his doctors and caretakers cannot be put into words.”

The couple, who met in 2009 while filming Michael’s video for single Haven’t Met You Yet, confirmed the youngster was making a good recovery at the end of last year, with Michael describing the period as an “emotional rollercoaster”.

It was also recently revealed that Bublé will be honoured with his very own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2019. He will be honoured alongside the likes of Dolly Parton, Robert De Niro and James Bond actor Daniel Craig.
