King Charles celebrates 75th birthday with tribute from Prince William and Princess Catherine

In celebration of King Charles’ 75th birthday, the Monarch has been showered with heartfelt tributes from both the Royal Family and an adoring public, with the Prince and Princess of Wales leading the charge with a touching throwback picture.

In honour of the King’s birthday on Tuesday, November 14th, William and Kate delighted royal enthusiasts by unveiling a captivating series of photographs. Among the collection was a nostalgic snapshot of father and son, capturing a moment on the slopes high above the charming Swiss village of Klosters.

“Wishing His Majesty The King a very happy 75th birthday!” the couple wrote alongside the images.

Adding to the festivities, Charles’ ex-sister-in-law Sarah Ferguson joined the celebration by sharing her own captivating throwback photo of the Monarch on his birthday.

“Wishing the happiest of birthdays to His Majesty, King Charles III. Long live the King,” Ferguson wrote.

The British royal family’s official social media channels also marked King Charles’ birthday with a heartwarming video showcasing photos from each year of his life. The snapshots featured various family members, including Queen Elizabeth, Prince Philip, siblings, sons Prince William and Prince Harry, and his wife Queen Camilla.

Capturing milestones such as the 1969 Prince of Wales investiture ceremony, the 2005 wedding to Camilla, and the recent coronation ceremony, the video provided a touching journey through the King’s life. It wrapped up with a new portrait of King Charles by the acclaimed fashion photographer Rankin, adding a modern touch to the celebratory montage.

Even on his special day, Charles dedicated himself to important work, inaugurating the Coronation Food Project alongside his wife, Queen Camilla.

During the engagement, their Majesties chatted with staff and volunteers about the innovative ways food waste can be repurposed for social good.

The Coronation Food Project aims to narrow the divide between food waste and food scarcity throughout the UK, offering assistance to people in need while championing environmental sustainability.
