A royal cameo: Princess Lilibet makes rare appearance in Meghan Markle’s new video

In a video meant to spotlight her growing lifestyle brand, Meghan Markle ended up sharing something even more precious — a rare glimpse of her daughter, Princess Lilibet.

The Duchess of Sussex, 43, recently posted a behind-the-scenes video to Instagram highlighting her brand, As Ever. But as the footage unfolded, fans were treated to a rare sighting of 4-year-old Lilibet.

Toward the end of the clip, Lilibet is seen standing on a wooden footbridge beside her mother, who is carefully carrying plates of food.

“A little behind the scenes of @aseverofficial,” she wrote alongside the video.

“Hope you enjoy your treats when they arrive this week!”

The latest video comes after Meghan shed light on how she and Prince Harry are approaching parenthood and what they consider most important to pass on to their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

On the Aspire with Emma Grede podcast, Meghan explained that she and Harry are raising their children to understand patience, gratitude, and the value of hard work through simple, everyday activities.

“We grow a lot of veggies and part of what I want them to learn is, and gardening is really so great for children, ’cause it teaches them patience, teaches them to value and appreciate their food,” she said.

“So you start from seed and you watch it grow, and they wait. But with that, it’s like, now do you want to sell your harvest? And do you want to share it with our community? And also, what do you want to do with those funds once you have them?

“So really starting to understand as they’re learning counting and numbers and all of those things, that there’s a cost and a price for things. And I think that’s key for children to understand that, especially children who are very lucky to have a home that has privilege.

“You need to know that, just like manners, and taking care of the things around you, there is a value on things.”

She added that for her and her husband, “it’s really important that they understand the value of things.”
