Christie Brinkley strikes a pose in cute white, tassel mini dress

Christie Brinkley pulled out all the stops for an American Beauty Star event this week in a cute white, tassel mini dress.

The 64-year-old looked gorgeous as she struck a pose in the tightly fit frock which hugged her body perfectly.

Standing tall in a pair of stilettos, the model showed off her legs while smiling for cameras prior to the special screening and panel discussion for the television series.

Christie opted for a long white fur coat for the event, while she kept her long blonde locks styled down and straight.

The mother-of-three will take on a special role in the fashion show as a permanent judge throughout season two.

During the show, Christie critiques often unique clothing choices. Speaking out about the show in the lead up to the screening, Christie told Today hosts, that it’s not an easy job.

“It’s hard to be a judge, I really don’t want to criticise somebody, I want to look for the best thing I can emphasise and say ‘this is what you’re doing right’ so maybe the rest of it will elevate to that level,” she explained on the American breakfast program.

“There is so much various criteria that goes into it, it’s really hard to say ‘well this might be good fashion show but it’s definitely not something to wear at home’.”

Christie is certainly no stranger to the camera and she was just as photogenic as ever, in a recent photoshoot for Footwear News.

The 64-year-old model had two very special guests with her for the shoot — her daughters Sailor, 20 and Alexa, 32. The trio looked glamorous as they posed together in matching white oversized t-shirts.

While it’s not unusual to see three gorgeous models gracing the cover of a magazine, it’s much less common to see a woman in her 60’s doing the honours!

The power family received the Style Influencer Award at the FN Achievement Awards. Christie’s son Jack, 23 – along with girlfriend Nina Agdal – presented the award making the evening a true family affair.

Taking to Instagram, Christie wrote: “Thank you for this amazing honor [sic], and fun day posing for our brilliant photographer @sailorbrinkleycook (she set up the shot then ran in).”

Fans were quick to comment, with one writing: “The most beautiful family.”
