Christie Brinkley, 64, stuns in photoshoot with daughters

She’s no stranger to the camera and it appears Christie Brinkley is just as photogenic as ever, starring in a new photoshoot for Footwear News.

The 64-year-old model had two very special guests with her for the shoot — her daughters Sailor, 20 and Alexa, 32. The trio looked glamorous as they posed together in matching white oversized t-shirts.

While it’s not unusual to see three gorgeous models gracing the cover of a magazine, it’s much less common to see a woman in her 60’s doing the honours!

The power family will be receiving the Style Influencer Award at the FN Achievement Awards taking place on Tuesday in New York City. Christie’s son Jack, 23 – along with girlfriend Nina Agdal – will present the award making the evening a true family affair.

Taking to Instagram, Christie wrote: “Thank you for this amazing honor [sic], and fun day posing for our brilliant photographer @sailorbrinkleycook (she set up the shot then ran in).”

Fans were quick to comment, with one writing: “The most beautiful family.”

Another added: “You and your daughters are beautiful inside and out. Congrats! And well deserved.”

It’s not the first time Christie has graced a magazine cover with her two daughters. The supermodel posed for Sports Illustrated last year with her daughters.

At the time, Brinkley told People she was nervous about getting in front of the camera again, but having her daughters there made the whole process much more fun and relaxing.

“In a country that’s very ageist, people love to put you in little boxes,” she told the magazine.

“Women feel very limited by their numbers. On a personal level, I thought, if I can pull this off, I think it will help redefine those numbers and remove some of the fear of ageing.”

Brinkley made a name for herself in the 1980s as one of the most popular bikini models in the world and it doesn’t look like she’s giving up the title anytime soon.
