Nicole Kidman goes hippy-chic in sleek black dress

Cementing her reputation as one of Hollywood’s most graceful fashionistas, Nicole Kidman stunned onlookers in a plunging black dress at a New York event on Thursday night.

The glamorous affair was held in honour of Louis Vuitton designer Nicolas Ghesquière in Manhattan and was attended by dozens of celebrities and fashion elite. 

Kidman dazzled in a black bohemian-style dress and a pair of matching heels chosen by stylist Julia von Boehm. The unique, dress featured beaded tassels, a ribbon belt and showed off Kidman’s lithe figure through the sheer black material.

The 50-year-old’s straight bob was the perfect contrast to the black gown. Defying her age, there was not a wrinkle in sight as Kidman put her best foot forward a struck a pose for the cameras. 

Kidman wore natural make-up to highlight her glowing complexion and accessorised her look with stunning diamond jewellery.

Just days before attending the event, Kidman appeared at the Gotham Awards to receive a Tribute Actress trophy from her Big Little Lies cast mate Reese Witherspoon.

The star went full glam for the evening in a plunging silver gown featuring intricate detailing around the neckline.
