A man waddled into his doctor’s office and the doctor asked him why he was walking so funny.

“Doc, there’s a piece of lettuce sticking out of my bottom,” the man told him.

The doctor told him to drop his pants so he could examine the situation. After a few moments of quiet deliberation, the man asked the doctor, “Doc, is it serious?”

The doctor nodded his head solemnly, “I’m sorry to tell you, but this is just the tip of the iceberg.”
