Unlike her more traditional royal counterparts, Sarah Ferguson is never one to shy away from a fashion-forward frock and her latest look was no different.
The Duchess of York, 59, didn’t disappoint in the fashion department as she stepped out in fitted sheer gown to attend her pal Hermann Buehlbecker’s, owner of German confectionary company Lambertz, annual party in Germany on Monday night.
Sarah looked incredible in the floor-length gown which featured sheer lace sleeves and a stunning gold embroidered bodice, which added a very regal effect to her outfit. The mother-of-two wore her luscious red locks in soft waves and accessorised with simple gold jewellery.
Sarah, the former wife of Prince Andrew, took to Instagram to share a glamorous photograph of herself before taking off to spend the evening at the lavish event. She captioned the post: “Great fun to be joining my friend @hermann_buehlbecker for his annual party in Cologne.”

While a third wrote: “You’ve still got it!!”
Sarah’s glamorous outing comes after she revealed some of the big plans and goals she wants to achieve this year. She took to her social media pages on New Year’s Eve with a previously unseen photograph of herself from a few years back. In that photograph, a young Fergie could be seen beaming at the camera from the inside of a helicopter.
