So glam: Nicole Kidman rocks ruffles and sequins for movie premiere

Nicole Kidman has pulled off plenty of standout looks over the years and her latest red carpet look is no different.

The award-winning actress wowed in a champagne coloured, ruffled halterneck gown as she attended the premiere of her latest film Aquaman. Nicole shone as she smiled for cameras at the Hollywood event on Wednesday.

Paired with black heels heels, the 51-year-old looked picture perfect for the event, with her blonde locks pulled back in a messy bun.

In the DC superhero film, Nicole plays Atlanna, the Queen of Atlantis and mother of Arthur (Aquaman).

Meanwhile, Nicole proved she is every bit a fashion icon as she showed off yet another stylish outfit for an event in Sydney this month. Attending the annual Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts (AACTA) Awards, the Big Little Lies star stepped out in a stylish multi-coloured dress, which featured a stunning a floral design.

Wearing her blonde hair tied up in a loose ponytail, the Hollywood star opted for comfort with low silver shoes and wore simple earrings to complete her eye-catching look.

Nicole has perfected the art of juggling her quiet home life with her star-studded career over the years, and only recently the much-loved actress spoke out in an exclusive interview with Who magazine about her two eldest children and their dedication to Scientology.

Nicole rubbished the rumours that their commitment to the religion had put a strain on her relationship with them, insisting she loves all of her kids no matter what they do in their lives.

“They are adults… They are able to make their own decisions. They have made choices to be Scientologists and as a mother, it’s my job to love them,” she told the publication.

“And I am an example of that tolerance and that’s what I believe – that no matter what your child does, the child has love and the child has to know there is available love and I’m open here.”

Nicole has four children: an adopted son Connor and daughter Isabelle with Tom Cruise, as well as two biological daughters Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret with her now-husband Keith. Nicole and Tom were America’s golden couple from 1990 until their highly publicised breakup in 2001.
