After the Golden Globes were handed out, stars flocked to the after parties in style. Some celebrities stayed in their gowns while others quickly changed into something more comfortable.
Actress Joan Collins led the star-studded arrivals at HBO’s official Golden Globe Awards after party on Sunday night, as she stepped out in an eye-catching ensemble.
Joan, 85, showed off her timeless style sporting an all-black outfit that included a top featuring a striking flower pattern and a fitted pencil skirt, as she posed alongside her husband of 17 years, Percy Gibson, 54.
The Dynasty actress finished off the glamorous look with a pair of statement earrings, silver pointed heels, and wore her brunette locks out in soft waves. It’s a rare day that Joan isn’t seen sporting a colourful pout, and the star added a pop of colour with a red lip.

Candice Bergen, 72, also joined the star-studded line-up dazzling onlookers in a chic suit. The Murphy Brown star looked sensational in the standout power suit, which featured a glamorous Chanel jacket, looking every bit the leading lady.
She completed the look with matching suit trousers, black heels and accessorised with a variety of pearl necklaces. The talented actress wore her blonde locks in soft waves for an effortlessly chic look. Candice was accompanied by her daughter, fashion writer Chloe Malle, who looked equally as stylish in a navy sequinned dress.

The awards night was full of surprises both on and off the red carpet. Freddie Mercury biopic Bohemian Rhapsody nabbed a surprise win and took home the award for best film, beating the likes of A Star is Born and Black Panther. Rami Malek, who portrayed the Queen musician in the 2018 film, also was awarded Best Performance by an Actor in a Drama Film.
Other major winners at the 2019 Golden Globe Awards included Best Actress for Glenn Close in The Wife, Green Book with Best Film, Musical or Comedy, Best Original Song which went to A Star is Born for the song ‘Shallow’, and Best Performance by an Actor in a TV Series, Musical or Comedy for Michael Douglas in The Kominsky Method.
