Karl Stefanovic goes public with new girlfriend

He announced his divorce from his ex-wife Cassandra last year and now it looks as though Karl Stefanovic has moved on, stepping out in public with his new girlfriend for the first time.

Karl and his new lady, Jasmine Yarbrough – a model and shoe designer, enjoyed a day out on the water at the weekend, joining friends on a luxurious yacht in Sydney Harbour.

Photos captured by the Daily Telegraph show the pair cuddling up to each other as they relaxed on deck.

Australian-born Jasmine, who is nine years younger than Karl, is reportedly living in America right now, but is in town visiting.

The pair are said to have met last year after being introduced by a mutual friend.

Last year, Karl and his ex-wife Cassandra announced they were splitting after 21 years of marriage, with Cass taking to social media to air her frustrations about the pressure his job had placed on their relationship.

After the Today show claimed a ratings victory, she took to Facebook to vent her anger.

“Apparently Today Show finally won a year. This took a huge toll on my family and I, and I’m congratulating myself today for all the effort that went into making that [ratings] happen,” she wrote.

“I’m giving myself a pat on the back tonight, as I know many people will also know how much effort I put into it.”
