Despite a challenging year for the Royal Family, with both King Charles and Princess Catherine facing serious health battles, The Firm has remained steadfast in its commitment to duty.

Now, the hardest working member of the Royal Family has been revealed, with Princess Anne securing the title of hardest working member of the Royal Family for the fourth consecutive year having completed 217 engagements in 2024.

The numbers were tallied by Reboot Online after analysing the Court Circular, as per GB News.

Despite his ongoing battle with cancer, King Charles followed closely behind his sister in second place with 186 engagements throughout the year.

Surprisingly, Prince Richard, Duke of Gloucester, claimed third place with 126 royal engagements in 2024. Prince Edward, Duke of Edinburgh, took fourth place with 124 engagements, while his wife, Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, came in fifth with 108.

Queen Camilla completed 95 engagements, taking sixth place.

The Prince and Princess of Wales understandably carried out fewer engagements this year given Catherine’s battle with cancer. With Prince William’s focus on family, he completed 71 engagements, while Catherine managed 11 as she prioritised her health.

Princess Anne claiming the top spot once again is particularly remarkable given she took some time away from public duties earlier this year after being admitted to hospital after suffering a concussion.

The Princess Royal was reportedly kicked by a horse on her Gloucestershire property on Sunday, June 23, sustaining minor head injuries and a concussion. Emergency services were dispatched to the estate, and after receiving medical care at the scene, the Princess was taken to hospital to undergo further tests, treatment, and observation.

Although it appeared that Anne would delay her upcoming royal engagements during her recovery, the Princess made a welcome return to the public eye on Friday, July 12, attending the Riding for the Disabled Association National Championships held in western England.

Royal fans were thrilled to see Princess Anne return to her public duties, with many eagerly welcoming the beloved royal back to the public eye.
