Princess Eugenie has offered royal fans a rare glimpse of her son August as she marked his 4th birthday.
Born on February 9, 2021, August Philip Hawke Brooksbank is Eugenie’s first child with her husband Jack Brooksbank. He was named after his great-grandfather Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.
To celebrate her young son’s special day, Eugenie shared a heartwarming video montage filled with precious moments from his life on social media. The montage included clips of her holding him, enjoying a bike ride together, and another of him walking along the beach.
“Happy birthday my darling Augie. 4 today. And what an amazing 4 years,” she wrote alongside the touching video.
“You are so incredibly focused and inquisitive and full of adventure and speed. Can’t wait for all our adventures…so many more to come. I love you my boy, my angel.”

August’s birthday celebrations come shortly after Eugenie’s sister Princess Beatrice gave birth to a baby girl, her second daughter and child with husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, much to the delight of royal fans.
Born several weeks prematurely, Athena Elizabeth Rose Mapelli Mozzi arrived on Wednesday, January 22 at London’s Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. She weighed 1.95kg.
To celebrate the joyful occasion, the Princess and her husband shared a photograph of their newborn daughter wearing a white long-sleeved garment, wrapped in a pink blanket with her face hidden by her arm.

“We welcomed Baby Athena into our lives last week. She is tiny and absolutely perfect. We are all (including Wolfie and Sienna) already completely besotted with her,” Mozzi wrote alongside the image.
“Our hearts are overflowing with love for you, baby Athena.
