He may be a Hollywood legend, but when it comes to his family, Michael Douglas is just like every other proud parent.
The Basic Instinct actor shared a gorgeous family snap of him posing alongside his famous father Kirk, who celebrated his 102nd birthday in December, son Cameron and his beautiful granddaughter Lua.
He captioned the post: “Four generations of Douglas family love! #grateful.”

Michael became a first-time grandfather last year when Cameron’s wife Viviane gave birth to daughter, Lua. Cameron has shared several photos to his social media over the months showing Grandpa Michael and Great-Grandpa Kirk fawning over the little girl.
One beautiful snap shows Lua reaching out to touch Kirk’s hand as he keeps a watchful eye on her from his armchair. Lua and Kirk share a particularly special bond thanks to the little girl’s middle name, Izzy.

Kirk was actually born Issur Danielovitch and was known as Izzy for most of his life. Cameron and Viviane chose the special name to pay tribute to the family patriarch and ensure his legacy lives on through the next generation of Douglases.

More recently, Michael’s wife Catherine Zeta-Jones looked picture perfect in a dazzling maroon frock as she stepped out in New York City on Friday.
The gorgeous mother-of-two absolutely glowed in the floor-length dress which featured a thigh-high split at The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama Gala. With her hair styled in a messy up-do, the actress opted for a pair of dark red heels and dangly earrings, while she chose a dark lipstick to complete the look.
Catherine and Michael have been happily married since 2000 and while they’ve had their ups and downs, including a brief split in 2013, they seem to be stronger than ever.
