American businessman woman and TV personality, Martha Stewart, 80, has revealed a number of startling revelations concerning her love life, admitting she often hoped her friends would die so that she could snatch up their husbands.

In the exclusive interview with podcaster, Chelsea Handler for her popular Dear Chelsea podcast, Stewart admitted the primary way she met men was through friends.

“Speaking of men, what’s going on in your love life,” Handler asked Stewart.

A stunning looking Stewart simply replied: “Nothing. Absolutely, zero”.

“I had two mad crushes in the last month, which is really good for me,” Stewart admitted.

“But it turns out, you know, turns out one of them is married to the mother of some friends of mine and I just – he’s so attractive.”

On top of developing regular crushes on unavailable men, Stewart admitted she’d also been presented with the very real opportunity to pursue relationships with married men in the past.

“I’ve had the opportunity to be a homewrecker and I have not taken anybody up on it,” Stewart said.

Stewart revealed most of the men she met were either married to her friends or otherwise taken.

“And that’s really where – that’s where I meet men. They’re all married to friends of mine or something like that.”

Sympathising with Stewart’s candid revelations, Handler admitted the temptation can often be difficult to squash.

“Well, it’s very difficult because I think there are certain ages we go through where it’s very tempting because you wanna believe that, ‘Oh, maybe this relationship that they’re in is temporary,'” Handler added.

Despite admitting she wouldn’t act on advances from married men, Stewart joked she often wished her friends would die so their husbands would become available.

“Or maybe they’ll die,” Stewart laughed.

“I always think, ‘Oh gosh, couldn’t that person just die?”

Handler then clarified Stewart was referring to the men’s wives, to which she replied, “Yeah! Not — not painfully. Just die … But it — it hasn’t worked out.”

Stewart was previously married to Andrew Stewart from 1961-1990, the couple had one daughter together, Alexis Stewart, 56.

Stewart remains a popular public figure, regularly posting to social media to share updates on her life, including a number of iconic pics with famed celebrities.
