Celine Dion’s management team have taken to her social media to share a touching throwback celebrating the 30th anniversary of her 1992 self-titled album, Celine.

“It’s hard to believe that this week Celine’s self-titled album turns 30!” the post read.

“It was her second English-language album and since Celine had already built a strong English-speaking fanbase with ‘Unison’ (who remembers “Where Does My Heart Beat Now”?!) expectations were quite high for this release.”

The post went on to pay homage to Dion’s undeniable legacy, referencing the album’s powerful tagline.

“Remember the name, because you’ll never forget the voice,” the statement said.

“A tagline has never been so true.”

The 1992 album included a number of Dion’s iconic hit songs including Beauty and the Beast, If You Could See Me Now, and I Love You Goodbye.

The touching post comes as Dion celebrated her 54th birthday on Wednesday, March, 3o, with loyal fans quick to express their love and appreciation for the music legend.

“Omg I remember crying and singing with my best friend, priceless memories,” one fan wrote about the album.

“World Music Diva…. Forever and ever!!!!…. QUEEN Céline,” prasied another fan.

“My all time favorite album !!! Her voice on this album is the reason I fell in love with Celine and I heard a rumor that a new English album might be bringing her back to these roots.”

In October 2021, Dion took to social media to announce that she was forced to cancel a number of important tours while recovering from mysterious health complications which has seen her take a lengthy absence from the spotlight.

The performances included her Las Vegas residency and the remaining shows of the North America leg of her Courage World Tour.

“I was really hoping that I’d be good to go by now, but I suppose I just have to be more patient and follow the regimen that my doctors are prescribing,” she wrote.

“Meanwhile, I’ve been very touched by all the words of encouragement that everyone’s been sending to me on social media. I feel your love and support and it means the world to me. – Celine x.”
