Suzanne Somers glitters in gold mini dress on red carpet

Suzanne Somers turned heads in a dramatic and glamorous gold dress, as she joined stars on the red carpet this week.

The 71-year-old star showed off her figure in the short gold-and-black sequinned dress, and added towering heels as she posed in front of the cameras.

With a plunging neckline, the dress was a daring choice by the actress, but she pulled it off perfectly.

She joined her husband Alan Hammel at the 29th Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards Gala, and he looked proud as punch as he hung on to her arm for some loving photos.

The pair, who have been married for 40 years, enjoyed a close embrace and laughed happily together alongside an all-star guest list.

It comes after Somers shared a video of her and her other half dancing happily together in their home to celebrate the New Year.

Proving they still have some impressive moves, the pair looked to be having a ball as they swung around each other.

Somers previously explained her secret to looking great, telling Entertainment Tonight: “[I take] maybe 60 vitamins a day.”

She added at the time: “I don’t say that I’m doing it the right way, but there are two ways to do this whole thing about health and aging. So I’m doing it that way.”
