Sarah Ferguson was a picture of elegance as she stepped out in a stunning green frock and a pair of quirky flats featuring a zebra for a special event in London this week.
The gorgeous mother-of-two glowed in the knee length dress, sporting a beautiful smile on her face while posing for photos at the British Heart Foundation’s Bias and Biology panel.
With her red locks styled down and straight, Fergie looked beautiful against the red flower backdrop set up especially for the event at Mortimer House on Tuesday. Meanwhile, the mum kept things simple, accessorising with a simple gold necklace and bracelet.
The foundation’s event was held especially to raise awareness about the inequalities in women’s health care when it comes to heart disease.
It was a busy day for the 59-year-old who stepped also stepped out earlier for an appearance on program This Morning where she discussed her support of Natasha’s law.
The law is named after Natasha Ednan-Laperouse, who tragically died from an allergic reaction from an incorrectly labelled sandwich. Fergie initially become involved in the campaign to secure the law following a meeting with Natasha’s family and joined them again on Tuesday to celebrate the launch of Natasha’s Foundation.
Taking to social media following her appearance Fergie posted a snap of herself with the hosts and dedicated parents who have worked tirelessly to create change in honour of their daughter.
“An honour to join Natasha Ednan-Laperouse’s parents Nadim and Tanya to launch @natashasfoundation on @thismorning with @hollywilloughby and @schofe,” she wrote alongside the snap.
“We need to make her death a watershed moment and support research into a cure. So proud to have been asked to be patron of @natashasfoundation.”
She added: “Today we’re delighted to welcome government announcement of Natasha’s Law to support allergy sufferers but there is much more work to do to promote research.”
Royal fans have praised the caring mum for her support of the foundation and hard work in creating change for those who need it most.
“You are such a caring lady and what a brave couple,” one person commented on Instagram. “So lucky you all found each other under such sad circumstances.”
“Your support has clearly guided this family through their darkest hours….what an amazing lady you are,” another wrote.
