Blonde bombshells! Sam Armytage and Georgie Gardner steal the show at Logies

Samantha Armytage and Georgie Gardner led the star-studded line-up of celebrities at this year’s Logie Awards in two very glamorous, yet equally impressive gowns.

Showcasing her sensational slimmed-down figure, Sunrise’s Samantha donned a glamorous fitted red gown by Carla Zampatti which featured a stylish chocker neckline and one-shoulder detailing.

Samantha finished off the number with a matching red clutch bag, stud earrings and a stack of diamond bangles. The presenter swept her blonde locks into a sleek pony and wore full make-up for the star-filled event.

The 42-year-old was announced as a spokesperson for Weight Watchers last month and has already lost 10 kilograms since starting the program in January.

Joining her on the red carpet was an equally stylish Georgie Gardner, who put on a dazzling display in a plunging white gown.

The dramatic gown by Varacalli Couture featured long sleeves and ruffle detail at the waist, while the Today show star, 49, wore her blonde locks styled in soft waves.

Accessorising with some long gold earrings, the mother-of-two looked a million dollars as she posed for photos ahead of the event.

Samantha and Georgie were just two of the talented celebrities who hit the red carpet at The Star Gold Coast on Sunday night.

Elsewhere, Sonia Kruger took a night off from mum duties and stunned in a rainbow-hued metallic gown with a thigh split and dramatic one-shoulder detailing. The 53-year-old presenter accessorised with statement silver jewellery and wore her hair in tossed waves.

Meanwhile, stealing the style crown early on was Carrie, who shone out in a bright red floor-length ball gown with a daring sheer panel across her chest and arms.

The dramatic gown finished with a tiered full skirt and the 38-year-old Project star matched it perfectly with a red clutch bag.

Clipping her blond hair to one side, Carrie completed the stunning look with silver earrings and flashed a huge smile for photos ahead of the event.

She was joined by her co-star Lisa, 59, who went all out for the bash in a floor-length purple off-the-shoulder dress with dramatic feathered detailing across the chest.
