Mariah Carey wows in skin-tight sequinned gown at New Year’s Eve concert

Mariah Carey has never been one to play it safe when it comes to her style choices and the dress she wore earlier this week was no different.

The 48-year-old songstress and ex-girlfriend of billionaire businessman James Packer showed off her curves in another daring dress, as she performed renditions of her new and old hits at the luxury retreat Nikki Beach in the Caribbean on New Year’s Eve.

The ‘When You Believe’ singer dazzled in a skin-tight sequinned white gown that boasted a plunging neckline. Mariah wore her luscious sandy locks in a wavy hairstyle for the event and added some extra sparkle to the look opting for some glittery accessories.

Doing a quick outfit change, Mariah showcased her curvy figure wearing a black sheer gown that featured cut outs. Matched with silver accessories, the songstress looked amazing as she belted out her famous melodies.

It comes after Mariah’s ‘All I Want For Christmas’ ranked No. 3 in Billboard’s Hot 100, becoming just the second Christmas tune ever to hit the Hot 100’s top five, and the first in nearly 60 years. The news comes after Mariah’s anthem took out Spotify’s one-day streaming record on Christmas Eve with more than 10.8 million global streams.

Meanwhile, the songstress proved she’s every bit the fashion icon as she showed off yet another daring dress. Mariah opted for a dazzling black sequinned mini dress as she attended the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas in September last year.

The figure-hugging outfit complimented the mother-of-two’s body in all the right places and allowed the star to show off plenty of skin. Mariah put on a busty display and showed off her cleavage, while the short length of the dress also allowed the Precious actress to flaunt her toned legs.

She wore a pair of fishnet stockings, while her glamorous black high heel shoes made her look even taller than she already is. Mariah wore her luscious blonde locks in loose waves for the event and added some extra sparkle to the look by opting for some glittery bracelets on each hand.
