The star-studded event hosted by Jimmy Kimmel started with a dazzling red carpet, that’s for sure.

Kathy Bates who was nominated for Supporting Actress in a Limited Series or Movie award for her role as Iris in ‘American Horror Story: Hotel’, did a fantastic job picking a chic outfit. Bates wore a draped style wrap blouse with a dramatic black skirt with long tail.

Her hair looks sleek combed up and to the back like that and her makeup neutral and dewy. Bates chose a bright red lipstick to create a fresh look.
