With just five quick ingredients and literally two minutes preparation time, you’ll instantly fall in love with this simplified way of whipping up a complicated dish. You can serve it up to family and friends or keep it all to yourself – but either way, you’re in for a treat!
Ingredients
- 1 hot roast Chicken, bones removed, meat shredded
- 60g baby spinach leaves
- 475g jar creamy mushroom simmer sauce
- 1 cup (100g) shredded pizza cheese
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, just thawed
Method
- Preheat oven to 200C. Combine the chicken, spinach, simmer sauce and cheese in a large bowl. Spoon into a 6-cup (1.5L) ovenproof dish.
- Place the pastry on a clean work surface. Cut into triangles. Arrange over the chicken mixture in the dish and spray with olive oil spray. Season.
- Bake for 25 mins or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
