She’s known for her relaxed, effortless style at public events, but Deborra-lee Furness didn’t disappoint in the style department for Tuesday’s Golden Heart Awards, as she was joined by husband Hugh Jackman on the red carpet.
Deborra-lee, 62, looked glamorous in an all-black ensemble that included a chic cape-like blouse and sheer pants with feathered fringe trim on the hem. The Aussie actress completed the edgy look with black platform heels, a leopard-print clutch and wore her hair tied back in an effortless style for the star-studded event. She also opted for flawless make-up, keeping things simple with black eyeliner and a pink lip.
Meanwhile, Hugh, 50, dressed to impress in a grey chequered suit matched with a white dress shirt and black tie.
Clearly her biggest fan, the X-Men star posted a photo of his wife on Instagram shortly before they arrived.
He wrote: “Looking forward to an awesome evening with my gorgeous bride.”

The glamorous outing comes after Jackman shared a hilarious birthday snap of himself taking a nap. The Australia star turned 50 last Friday and used the occasion to poke fun at himself.
In the photo, Hugh is sporting active wear, looking rather exhausted, with one hand resting on his French bulldog, Dali.
“When people tell you ‘you don’t look 50’ part of you believes it… until you see yourself sleeping,” he joked in the caption.
