Christie Brinkley, 64, shows off perfect pins in leather hot pants

If you thought entering your 60s meant you had to tone down things in the style stakes, think again.

Christie Brinkley is no stranger to showing a bit of leg and the 64-year-old model showed off her fabulous figure in a pair of very revealing leather shorts last week.

The blonde beauty, whose famous figure catapulted her to stardom in the 1980s, stunned in the all-black ensemble as she posed in a close embrace with daughter Alexa Ray Joel at her latest concert in New York City.

Christie finished off the look with a loose-fit sparkly blouse, coordinated with a pair of statement earrings and gold boots. The Sports Illustrated veteran wore her hair down in voluminous waves and topped off her look with bronzed skin and a nude lip.

Meanwhile, Alexa, whose father is singer Billy Joel, 69, looked beautiful in a black full-length gown.

Christie posted a snap from the event and many fans were quick to compliment the model for her stunning figure, leaving adoring comments for the blonde beauty.

“I think you look fantastic @christiebrinkley and I LOVE what you wore,” one commentator wrote.

The three-time Sports Illustrated cover girl made a name for herself in the ’80s as one of the most popular bikini models in the world and it doesn’t look like she’s giving up the title anytime soon. Since then she has remained a regular in the headlines for her ever-stylish looks.

Certainly not looking her age, Christie was spotted pulling off a tight-fit sports outfit while hosting the Southampton Sweat event with her look-a-like daughter Sailor Brinkley-Cook, 20, earlier this year. 

The mother-of-three stunned in a white sports bra and long-sleeved netted top, which she teamed with a pair of figure-hugging white tights.

Meanwhile, fellow model and daughter Sailor was the spitting image of her mum in an olive-green sports bra and matching tights. 

Sailor has followed in her mother’s footsteps and starred in Sports Illustrated’s swimsuit edition in 2018.
