Fans of Queen Elizabeth, Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex are in for a treat because a new documentary series about the Royal family is set to debut next week.
Set to premiere on UK’s ITV, Queen of the World is a two-part series that will give royal fans a glimpse into the life of the 92-year-old and what it’s really like being one of the world’s most recognisable figures.
While plenty of other documentaries have been told from the perspective of royal insiders and commentators, Queen of the World features the real Royals and shows them telling their own story. In a preview clip, a very cheeky Prince Harry explains that even though she’s his grandma, the Queen still causes him to panic.

The Prince could be seen interacting with a group of young people who won places on the Royal Household Caribbean Hospitality Scholarship initiative.
“You guys have spent way more time in Buckingham Palace than I ever have,” he said. “And you’ve only been here two weeks.”
He also asked the recruits whether they’d bumped into the Queen, before offering them some advice.
“Have you bumped into the Queen yet?” he asked. “If you suddenly bump into her in the corridor, don’t panic. I know you will. We all do.”
There’s a chance Prince Harry was joking, given the Queen appears to have a strong relationship with her grandson. Earlier this year, eagle-eyed fans spotted that the Queen had placed an unseen photo of Prince Harry and Meghan pride of place in her meeting room at Buckingham Palace.

The photo was placed in front of other family photos, with many royalists at the time suggesting she was playing favourites.
Prince Harry’s wife Meghan will also appear in the documentary and made an appearance in the preview. The 37-year-old talked about her new role as a royal and what it means to take on responsibilities in the Commonwealth.
“53 countries! Oh my goodness! It will keep us busy,” she said.
The documentary is also set to explore Meghan preparing for her wedding day and in the preview, the Duchess of Sussex could be seen admiring her wedding veil.
“Offering a unique insight into Her Majesty The Queen’s role as a figure on the global stage, this landmark series tells the story of how the Commonwealth has been a central focus and passion throughout Her Majesty’s life,” a statement by ITV read.
There’s no word yet on when Australian or American audiences will get to see the documentary.
