Edwina Bartholomew and husband Neil Varcoe welcomed daughter Molly into the world at the end of last year, and now the adorable bub has made her photoshoot debut as she joined her mother on the cover of The Australian Women’s Weekly.
The Sunrise presenter and gorgeous Molly are the stars of May’s issue of the magazine and the mother-daughter duo feature in a number of stunning images which were taken at the family’s Warramba Farm in New South Wales’ Capetree Valley.
A selection of photographs from the shoot have now been shared on social media by Edwina and the publication, which the 36-year-old journalist said she will “treasure forever”.

“Before social distancing and isolation became our new normal, the wonderful AWW crew descended on @warramba for a glorious few days of ball gowns and babies, with a couple of cows and a cattle dog thrown in,” she wrote on Instagram on Thursday.
“This is the result … I hope you get a chance between home schooling/iso baking/stress eating/hand sanitising to sit down with a cup of tea and soak up the simple joys of a new baby.”

Many of Edwina’s followers gushed over the beautiful photos, one of which showed the new mum cradling her sleeping baby as she reclines on a chair in the middle of a field of cattle, with her dog Mate by her ankles. Another shot shows the Channel Seven star dressed in a dramatic pink ball gown,
“Just gorgeous Eddy,” Edwina’s co-star David Koch said. Channel Nine’s Allison Langdon commented: “Oh my goodness that picture is exquisite beautiful girl. So precious. Xx”
While Jess Rowe commented: “Oh how wonderful… so special.”

Edwina and Neil, who recently celebrated their second wedding anniversary, announced the birth of Molly Matilda Christie Varcoe on social media back in December.
“Meet Molly Matilda Christie Varcoe. Late like her Mum and tall like her Dad. Molly ‘cause we like it,” Edwina wrote. “Matilda for Neil’s Great Grandmother. Christie was my Grandmother’s maiden name and my middle name too. We are exhausted and elated. @neilwrites still in shock. Thank you for all the well wishes. We all feel very loved xxx”
