She has one of the most enviable wardrobes in the world, and Princess Mary is putting it to good use on her visit to Texas in the US this week.
The Crown Princess of Denmark, 47, showed off her timeless style once again as she transformed in two beautiful outfits to attend a series of public engagements in Houston.
Completely stealing the show at a red carpet event in the evening, Prince Frederik’s wife showed off her figure in a fitted blue satin dress that fell right down to her ankles. The gown truly stood out with a unique halter neck-style neckline with cut-out shoulders and three quarter length sleeves.
According to the Danish royal family’s official Instagram page, the gala dinner was held to welcome official representatives and Danish companies “to present solutions in the field of green energy as well as pharmaceuticals and medical equipment”.

Meanwhile, it was a very glamorous transformation for the princess after she was spotted just hours beforehand in a stylish and vibrant dress as she met Houston’s Mayor Sylvester Turner at the City Hall.
Donning the bright pink and red spotted knee-length frock, Mary coupled the statement look with some simple nude heels and a matching clutch. She chose to keep her make-up and hair fairly natural for both events, but added some fresh curls while clipping a few of her locks up for the evening bash.
Fans heaped praise on the royal for her two looks, with one commenting on social media: “She is so beautiful,” while another added: “Mary looks so lovely.”
Meanwhile one wrote: “Wow. Glamazon! It’s nice to see Crown Princess Mary looking less formal and killing it on the red carpet!”
Commenting on her earlier appearance in the city, one more fan complimented her tireless appearances and added: “Always smiling, despite tight program on these visits.”
She’s certainly been busy in recent weeks, and her visit to Texas comes less than two weeks after the mother-of-four honoured five researchers and 20 students at the opera in Denmark at a special event at the start of the month.
Each year, Denmark’s Minister of Education and Research awards kr.1.2 million (AU$2.5 million, US$1.8 million) to five of the most talented researchers in the country and kr.200,000 travel grants to each of the students. This year, Mary was on board for the festivities.
