Celine Dion channels Parisian chic in cream silk ensemble at fashion week

She is known for her sensational sense of style and Celine Dion proved once again that she knows how to dress as she stepped out in the French capital on Wednesday.

The 50-year-old singer was the very essence of Parisian chic as she attended the Valentino Haute Couture Spring Summer 2019 show as part of Paris Fashion Week.

The Canadian Oscar winner, 50, oozed elegance and sophistication as she stepped out wearing neutral shades from head to toe, with the only pop of colour coming from her designer handbag and matching burgundy shoes.

Celine looked stunning wearing a shimmering beige blouse with loose-flowing flared sleeves, an A-line ankle length skirt in a slightly paler shade and a statement scarf, featuring tasseled ends, which almost fell to the floor.

The ‘My Heart Will Go On’ hitmaker kept her make up neutral, matching her outfit perfectly, and pulled her long blonde locks back into a loose ponytail with her fringe framing her face.

This wasn’t Celine’s only eye-catching outfit though, as she also stepped out in a statement two-piece suit earlier in the day.

Celine stepped out for an earlier fashion show wearing a daring metallic silver suit, with her hair pulled back into a much harsher up-do style.

Sharing a photo to her Instagram account, she described the bold silver jacket and trouser combo as “fierce” and “elegant”, with fans praising Celine for another bold fashion statement.

One fan wrote: “She looks great. Very elegant!” While another said: “She can wear anything!”

Earlier this month, the world renowned performer took to Instagram to share her love for her beloved partner, who died on January 14, 2016, following a long battle with throat cancer.

Paired with a picture of René, the 50-year-old wrote a short, but sweet message on the anniversary of his death to acknowledge how important he was to her and how she will never forget him.

“My dearest René… always with me… always will be,” the post read. “In loving memory…xx.”

The post received a lot of attention from fans who wished the singer all the best.

“True love lasts forever. Stay strong, my thoughts are with you,” one person commented.

“Together forever. Your love will last till the end of time, together as one,” another added.

While a third said: “He is with you for eternity. Your love and relationship has and always will be inspiring for us all.”

The singer’s late husband and manager, passed away aged 73 and spent his final months in his wife’s care.
