Mariah Carey’s surprise for talented fan

Mariah Carey gave a fan a surprise moment he will cherish forever.

Chad Perez asked if he could sing to the multi-platinum superstar, then started with a rendition of Heartbreaker.

The 47-year-old singer then joined in on the chorus.

After the event the fan posted a clip of the experience on social media, thanking her for making it a moment he will cherish forever. Carey even retweeted the post, calling it a fun moment.

With a new record expected later this year plus a tour with Lionel Richie starting in July, the superstar singer has been busy.

The mother of six-year-old twins, Carey was engaged to marry Australian billionaire James Packer until they called off their wedding last year.

There has been rumours that Carey was being looked at for a judge on X Factor UK.

After the announcement of her new album Carey said: “I am putting my heart and soul into making more new music,” said Mariah. “I am so thrilled for this next chapter and to continue working with, and for, everyone that I love.”
