A 70-year-old man and his 25-year-old daughter have been kicked off a Frontier Airlines flight from Florida after complaining about poor service.

Whitney Miller claimed she and her father, Eric, were talking amongst themselves about their experiences on the flight, which included a six-hour delay, when they were asked to leave the plane to talk to police.

Whitney shared her experiences on a post on Facebook, which has since been removed, saying she and her father were having a private conversation and were overheard by a flight attendant.

“This flight attendant reported us to her supervisor who then approached us stating they felt threatened by us, leading to our removal from the aircraft,” Whitney wrote.

Frontier Airlines told a local news program, News 6, that the Millers had called one of the attendants a b****, but this was not supported by other passengers on the flight.

“Our flight attendants are customer service and safety professionals who are trained to recognize situations that may impact comfort and safety of passengers and crew on board our aircraft,” Frontier Airlines told News 6.

“The behaviors and comments exhibited by these passengers prior to departure were inappropriate; and as a result they were asked to leave our aircraft.

“Safety and security of our passengers and crew is our number one priority.”

Frontier Airlines have since refunded the Miller’s tickets, who are now planning a road trip istead.
