It’s been months since Aussies travelled abroad due to the outbreak of the coronavirus, but that could all change next year if things go to plan, with Prime Minister Scott Morrison hinting of opening the borders to certain “safe” countries as soon as possible.
The likes of Japan, South Korea and the Pacific Islands were highlighted, along with New Zealand which has recently finalised a deal with Australia for a limited travel bubble that would allow New Zealand residents to travel to New South Wales and the Northern Territory in the coming month.
This is excellent news for travel lovers out there – particularly those who are longing to go on a cruise once again, with the incredible Queen Elizabeth ship scheduled for multiple trips at the end of 2021 and beginning of 2022. The beloved cruise ship will make its voyage from Singapore to Australia in November next year and you could join the trip on an easy seven-night journey.
The trip will take you to Bali first then down to Australia, where you can choose to depart from the first Aussie stop Fremantle, or continue on to Adelaide, or even further for an extended holiday down to New Zealand.
