In Australia, rosé isn’t just a wine – it’s a season. As soon as the weather warms up, bottles of pale pink appear at long lunches, barbecues and beachside tables. Light, refreshing and endlessly drinkable, rosé has become the quintessential summer drop.
Its fresh fruit flavours also make it perfect for cocktails. Whether you’re entertaining friends or just looking for something a little special on a hot afternoon, these three rosé-inspired cocktails are easy to make, elegant to serve and made for summer drinking.
