Mossy and TCD add city dates as Aussies want more

Fans who missed out on seeing Ian Moss and Troy Cassar-Daley together will have another chance, with the pair announcing a string of capital city concerts after overwhelming demand for their Together Alone Tour.

Originally unveiled as a regional tour, the run has now been expanded to include performances in Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth during February and March 2027. Additional regional dates have also been added in Tanunda and Bunbury.

The announcement follows a strong response when the tour first went on sale earlier this year, prompting organisers to broaden the itinerary.

Live album on the way

The duo also revealed they will release a new live album, Together Alone – Live at the Ulumbarra Theatre, on October 2.

Recorded during their acclaimed 2022 tour, the 16-track collection captures the chemistry between two of Australia’s most respected musicians, featuring favourites including Ain’t No Sunshine, Back on Country, Telephone Booth, Shadows on the Hill, The Dark End of the Street and Bow River.

The first single, The Dark End of the Street, is available to stream now.

VIP experiences

A limited number of VIP Experience packages will be available for each 2027 performance, giving fans access to an exclusive pre-show performance, a meet-and-greet with both artists, entry to their soundcheck, commemorative tour merchandise and priority merchandise shopping.

Photography and video recording will not be permitted during the soundcheck experience.

Special guests

Joining Moss and Cassar-Daley on selected dates will be three rising Australian artists.

Singer-songwriter Flynn Gurry, who won the triple j Unearthed One Night Stand competition and was named Emerging Artist of the Year at the 2025 Port Fairy Folk Festival, will appear at selected shows.

He’ll be joined by Nathan May, an acclaimed Aboriginal singer-songwriter whose career has taken him from Darwin to stages across Australia, Europe and Hawai’i, and Carla Geneve, the award-winning West Australian songwriter known for her raw, deeply personal performances.

For Moss and Cassar-Daley, the expanded tour is another sign that audiences continue to embrace the unique partnership between two artists whose careers span decades and multiple generations of Australian music fans.
