On what would have been Jock Zonfrillo’s 47th birthday, his widow has poured her heart out in a deeply moving and emotional message to mark the bittersweet occasion.

Taking to Instagram on Friday, August 4, Lauren Fried posted a moving video montage in tribute to her late husband that included a series of happy moments that the couple shared.

“Happy birthday my love. Some moments from your birthdays together, never more special than today,” she wrote alongside the video.

“Today the kids and I are together; spending time with you, watering your grass, singing you songs, still not grasping what forever is like without you in it.

“You eclipsed our family with your chaos and fun, and we are trying to find our new true north. I’m grateful that we are finding moments of joy in our smaller family, knowing that you are forever my husband, forever their Dad/Papa, forever a part of all of us. lz”

Zonfrillo’s adoring fanbase were quick to thank Fried for her moving words while wishing Zonfrillo a happy birthday.

“Thank you for keeping us, jocks fans, in your life sharing your heart and families love. Will have a whiskey in honour of Jock today,” one fan commented.
