Paaaarty! Karl Stefanovic and wife Jasmine celebrate Harper’s 1st birthday

Karl Stefanovic and wife Jasmine Yarbrough’s baby girl is growing up fast! Harper celebrated her first birthday earlier this month, and now her mum has shared the cutest snaps from the big day, on Saturday, May 1.

Karl and Jasmine hosted a lavish all-pink event for the tiny tot, with Harper pictured in a pretty pink tutu for the occasion. Among the images were shots of the party set-up, which included a completely decked-out pink table, an array of pink-and-white balloons, stunning pink flowers and, of course, pink chairs to match!

Other images showed Harper playing with her older cousin, Oscar (who celebrated his first birthday in February), proud dad Karl holding up Harper as friends and family sung ‘happy birthday’, and a close-up of Jasmine and Harper. Karl’s mother Jenny Stefanovic is also in one of the snaps.

However, our favourite image of all (and possibly the coolest in the collection!) has to be this one of Karl’s brother Peter Stefanovic and Peter’s son Oscar in matching black Adidas tracksuits!

“1st Birthday Snapshots,” Jasmine captioned the post. “Thank you @laraincevents – what an incredible 1st Birthday for our baby girl – we couldn’t have done it without you. And @janetfitz53 that cake was incredible!”

Fans found Peter and Oscar’s matching outfits equally amusing, with one writing, “Sooooo gorgeous. Harper’s dress — and the Stefas’ tracksuits.” Others commented on the good-looking cake, with one cheekily saying, “Beautiful, but whatever happened to a ‘really crap’ cake that mum and dad tried to make.”

Harper is the first child for Karl and Jasmine, who married in December 2018 in an intimate ceremony in San José del Cabo in Mexico. Karl also has three other children, Jackson, River and Ava, from his first marriage to journalist Cassandra Thorburn.

The first birthday party comes just one month after Harper gained a new baby cousin, as Peter and his wife Sylvia Jeffreys welcomed their second child, a beautiful baby boy. At the time, Sylvia took to Instagram to share the happy news, revealing the pair had named him Henry.

“Our gorgeous, healthy little boy makes us a family of four,” the Today Extra host wrote, alongside two sweet pics of their new bubba. “His proud parents couldn’t be happier. His big brother is learning to be gentle. Big love all around.”
