Catherine Zeta-Jones is known for her good looks and svelte figure, and the Welsh actress, 51, had fans going wild on Sunday, after she uploaded a video of herself doing yoga in a backless black one-piece swimsuit onboard a yacht.
In the video, which has been viewed more than one million times on Instagram, the actress can be seen ‘planking’ before moving into a standing yoga pose. “Easy like a Sunday morning,” the Oscar winner captioned the post.

Fans were left stunned by Catherine’s smoking bod and impressive yoga moves, with one commenting, “Wow, looking amazing.”
Another added, “OMG, your figure is amazing.” While a third wrote, “You are looking beautiful and in top shape Catherine.”
The post comes more than three months after the Zorro actress revealed how she maintains her trim body. Speaking to the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) in April, Catherine, who is married to fellow movie star Michael Douglas and mum to their two children Dylan and Carys, said she follows a strict diet and only eats “real food” in order to maintain her figure. That means no junk food and no cheat days.
The actress added that she plans to quit her strict diet in the future and wants to spend her old age gorging on copious amounts of cakes and sweets. “When I get really old, I’m going to start taking a lot of vitamins because I only want to be able to eat dessert for the rest of my life,” she said at the time. “I only actually eat real food because I have to right now. My dream is to only eat desserts, ever. It’s a goal.”
In the meantime, the actress starts her day with a healthy breakfast, such as porridge with banana, a small sprinkling of brown sugar and berries in the cooler months, or non-fat Greek yogurt with berries and granola in the warmer months. “I always eat breakfast. I’m not one of those people who can skip it,” she said. “I have a go-to breakfast that happens every day.”
