Fans can’t get over how much John Travolta’s daughter resembles her late mum

John Travolta and Kelly Preston’s daughter Ella is all grown up, and fans can’t get over how much the 21-year-old resembles her late mum.

Ella uploaded a video of herself on Thursday discussing details of her upcoming movie Get Lost, which is a reimagining of Alice in Wonderland, but fans couldn’t help but point out the uncanny similarities between the aspiring actress and her “beautiful mama”.

“Gosh you look more and more like your mama everyday,” one commenter wrote. “So beautiful.” Another added: “Looking more and more like your beautiful mama I know she would be so proud of you. I can’t wait to see this movie.”

Others, however, could see a bit of John in her looks too, with one writing: “Ohh you are the best of both of your parents.” Another added: “Beautiful I see her mom snd dad in her!!”

Ella’s post comes just a few days after she paid tribute to her late mother, who passed away from breast cancer in July 2020 at the age of 57, by posting a clip from her final film. Her daughter shared a trailer from the film Off the Rails, which was the last movie for her mum.

“Off The Rails starring Kelly Preston,” she wrote. “I am very proud of my mother’s last film and I know she was too. She very much enjoyed the time she had making this wonderful picture and all of the lovely people she got to work with.”

John also honoured his late wife’s final film, writing on social media:”… she was very proud of it and of all of the wonderful talent that she got to work with in it.”

John and Kelly married in 1991, two years after they met at a screen test for their movie The Experts. The couple’s son eldest son Jett, died in 2009 when he was just 16 years old. He had Kawasaki disease and had suffered seizures since he was two years old.
