Dame Joan Collins is a beauty for the ages. Rising to fame at just nine years old, and boasting an incredibly successful acting career, Joan has remained the true epitome of style.

With this in mind, it should be no shock that Joan has stepped out for the Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year Awards 2021 at Claridge’s Hotel in London, looking absolutely flawless.

A spry 88-year-old, Joan dazzled in a glittery gown as she took to the stage to accept the Icon Award, alongside her dashing boytoy husband, 56-year-old Percy Gibson.

The Jenny Peckham gown Collins wore was a full-length black column dress with a sheer panel from above the bust.

The dress was heavily embellished on the cap sleeves, with extravagant sparkles detailing the collar, waistline and in delicate diamante stripes down the length of the dress. Collins also sported long black saying loves, two chunky silver bracelets and diamond-encrusted statement earrings. The look was finished with peep-toe pumps and deep black toenails.

Joan’s hair was curled and styled in an undone, Hollywood glam style reminiscent of Marilyn Monroe’s when she sported long hair. Collins’s makeup was also Hollywood glam, with long eyelashes, a plum smoky eye, and a beautiful, bright red lip with a shine.

This isn’t the first award show Dame Joan has attended this week, with her co-presenting the Itv Pride of Britain fundraiser awards just two days ago. Collins co-presented with Dame Sarah Storey. They presented the award to Mark Ormrod MBE, for his inspirational work as an amputee.
