Celebrity chef Matt Golinksi has taken to social media to celebrate the birth of his second child with wife Erin Yarwood in what he described as a “Christmas miracle”, 10 years after tragically losing his first wife and three children in a house fire.

Golinksi shared an adorable photo of the new arrival to his Instagram alongside the caption, “Welcome to the world Tillie Rose Golinski, our little Christmas miracle”.

Fans were quick to congratulate the happy couple.

“Oh congratulations and Merry Christmas to you and your family. And what a beautiful name your miracle has.”

“Huge congratulations to you all! What a perfect Christmas gift.”

“OMG Matt that is the best news ever. Merry Christmas & a huge congratulations.”

“Congratulations on the birth of Tillie Rose. I hope mother and baby are doing well. She is beautiful.”

Yarwood also shared the news of her newborn, taking to Facebook to share a photo of her cheek to cheek with Tillie Rose alongside the caption, “Matt and I are over the moon to update you all on the happy (long awaited!) arrival of our newest and super precious family member. Meet Tillie Rose. Our very beautiful and exciting Christmas present born on Christmas Day”.

“Mum and Bub are doing great. Dad is in his beautiful love bubble. And we have one very excited, very natural and extremely smitten big sister. We are all just so in love.”

The heartwarming news of the birth of Tillie Rose comes after a decade since Golinski tragically lost his first wife Rachael and their three daughters, twins Sage and Willow, 12, and ten-year-old Starlia in a house fire on Boxing Day in 2011. Golinksi suffered burns to 40 per cent of his body and was kept in a coma for eight weeks.

Golinski met his now-wife, Erin Yarwood, while recovering in hospital. The couple married in 2017 and welcomed their first child Aluna Bennie soon after.
