My Kitchen Rules judge Colin Fassnidge is mending injuries after taking a fall from his motorbike on Friday morning.
The popular Irish chef and owner of restaurant 4Fourteen, broadcast the news via Instagram, showing off his bloody and grazed body next to his Kawasaki Ninja motorbike.
The Sydney resident, who is known as a motorbike enthusiast, seemed to be okay as he updated fans on his situation.
“I’ve done something right w God… when u wake up on the road and your bike is at the other end of it… #stillhere #highside #goingto bed,” the celebrity chef wrote.

Shortly after, the chef took to Instagram once again, this time showing off the damage to his prized-possession in a short video, including grazing on the front and side of the motorbike.
“For sale Ninja, never been dropped, slid maybe!” Colin joked.

Concerned fans were quick to send their best wishes to the chef, grateful that he hadn’t suffered more serious injuries.
“You are a lucky boy… that looks like a nasty slide,” one person commented.
“Thankfully, the bike looks like it’s in a worse condition than you which is a good thing!” someone else said.
“Hope you’ve seen a doctor and nothing too serious. #LuckoftheIrish,” another added.
The Dublin born chef moved to Australia in 1999 and since then has worked up a number of great accomplishments. Prior to his days on Channel 7’s My Kitchen Rules, Colin held an executive chef position with the Four in Hand Dining Room, where he remained until January 2016 when the business was sold.
The popular chef also worked at Liam Tomlin’s celebrated Banc, published his first cookbook Four Kitchens in 2014 and won GQ Chef of the Year in 2013 – the same year he began with My Kitchen Rules.
In a bid to cut back on his many duties, Colin confirmed just days ago in Goodfood that popular restaurant 4Fourteen will close its doors at the end of July.
“I’d need to sign another lease and I’m not signing for another five years, I’ve got too much else going on,” he explained.
