Actor Eddie Murphy is expecting another child at the age of 57 with his stunning Aussie model partner Paige Butcher, 39, a rep has reportedly confirmed to People magazine.

The world famous star is yet to officially announce the exciting news, but his rep has reportedly confirmed he’s expecting his tenth child in the coming months.

“Eddie Murphy and longtime girlfriend Paige Butcher are pleased to announce that they are expecting their second child in December,” the rep is claimed to have said.

It will be his second child with stunning Aussie Paige, who he began dating in 2012 – they already share 2-year-old daughter Izzy Oona. Photos released this month show the model with what is claimed to be a small baby bump, as she enjoyed some sun in Los Angeles.

Eddie has fathered nine children to five different women since 1989, five with his former wife Nicole Mitchell and one each with exes Mel B, Tamara Hood Johnson and Paulette McNeely.

He has kept his relationship with Paige fairly private since they met on the set of Big Momma’s House 2 in 2006, but they are seen putting on a loved up displays together on rare occasions on the red carpet, or on outings in LA.

He’s not the only celebrity to welcome children later in life, and Rolling Stones’ Mick Jagger, 75, became a dad again when he and girlfriend Melanie Hamrick welcomed son Devereaux in December 2016.

Meanwhile, his former bandmate Ronnie Wood, 71, and wife Sally welcomed twin girls in May 2016 making Wood, who’s a grandfather of 10, a dad for the fifth time.

Elsewhere, actor Alec Baldwin, 60, and his wife Hilaria welcomed their fourth child, a son, just three months ago.

It comes after Eddie suffered terrible heartbreak last year after his brother Charlie passed away at the age of 57.

Charlie’s manager confirmed that the star had died due to complications from leukaemia. He died in his sleep at the hospital where he was getting chemotherapy.
