This delectable mango bircher muesli is the best way to start your day! Prepare the night before and leave to refrigerate overnight for best results. I enjoy this yummy muesli with my morning coffee, and can confirm, it is absolutely delicious.

Ingredients

  • 400g rolled oats
  • 120g desiccated coconut
  • 2tsp ground cinnamon
  • 50g brown sugar
  • 120g slivered almonds
  • 2 mangos, diced
  • 120g sunflower seeds
  • 1tbs chia seeds
  • 3tbs honey
  • 1 1/2 cups natural yoghurt
  • 1 passionfruit

Method

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until combined.
  2. Add yoghurt, and combine until the mixture is a rough paste.
  3. Pour into a serving dish or ramekins and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Serve with a dollop of yoghurt, extra mango and passionfruit pulp and enjoy!
