  • 1/2 cup (125 g) almond butter
  • 1/3 cup (113 g) raw honey
  • 1 cup (80 g) quick cooking oats
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal


  1. Line baking tray with baking paper. Add almond butter and honey to medium mixing bowl. Stir well to combine. Stir in ground flax seed. Stir in oats.
  2. Spoon out 1 tablespoon worth of mixture. Roll into ball. Place on prepared tray. Refrigerate for 30 minutes prior to serving.
