Chicken is a staple in most people’s fridges but unfortunately it can get a bit boring over time as the same recipes are used.
If you are looking for a way to jazz up your dish then why not try out this tasty mustard-stuffed chicken? With only a few ingredients and minimal steps, it makes for an easy dinner recipe that can be ready on the table in under an hour.
Ingredients
- 125g mozzarella, torn into small pieces
- 50g cheddar, grated
- 1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breast fillets
- 8 streaky bacon rashers
Method
- Mix together cheeses and mustard. Cut slit into the side of each chicken breast and fill with mustard mixture. Wrap bacon around chicken breasts to hold together.
- Place on baking sheet and cook for 20-25 minutes in 200C/180C fan forced preheated oven.
