Chicken, brie and cranberry burger recipe

This recipe is the perfect combination of both healthy and delectable. The burger includes items from each food group and the ingredients blend well together to give it a delicious, sweet taste.


  • 2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • fresh spinach leaves
  • light brie cheese
  • Dijon mustard
  • burger buns of your choice
  • cranberry jelly
  • rosemary, salt and pepper


  1. Trim all fat off chicken breasts and pound to an even thickness.
  2. Season with salt, pepper and rosemary.
  3. Grill 4-5 minutes per side until no longer pink in the middle.
  4. Grill buns for about 1-2 minutes and cover one side with a thick spread of cranberry jelly.
  5. Assemble chicken burger with dijon mustard, spinach and slices of brie.
